Periodically, Doyle Investment Real Estate, Inc. offers investment opportunities to individuals through property syndication. This form of investment is best suited for smaller investors with limited available capital (minimum $50K investment requirement). This affords the opportunity to own a larger property knowing that the sponsor, Doyle Investment Real Estate, Inc. is also an owner and will manage all of the time-consuming details such as property identification, creation of partnership agreements (typically in the form of a California limited liability company), legal work, brokerage, entitlements, asset and property management, renovations, maintenance and annual financial reporting and partnership tax filing.

You may choose to invest in properties as an individual or join a group of other investors, pooling your resources together to purchase property on a larger scale. Our online Maintenance Request process provides electronic work orders to our vendors to expeditiously address and resolve property and building maintenance issues. Our technology offers many opportunities to easily and effectively market properties to dramatically increase the number of places potential renters can find available units. Because all of the property management marketing information is centrally stored on our website, vacancies are immediately posted to our website and partner sites like Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Craigslist and Apartments.com. Property management marketing in all of these places means vacancies fill faster. The new generation of renters are mobile and expect online application options. Our complete process of accepting a rental application online to signing an online lease to moving the resident in is quick and streamlined, allowing units to fill faster and properties to be more profitable.
